Our Week in iPhone Photos (1/16-11/22/12)

Alright.  Getting back on track with this little feature this week.

Monday

Sam tried to hide under the chair so he wouldn't have to take his medicine.
We took Alex to work so we could have the car.  I found some pictures he took of his feet. :)
He painted a little picture frame for my dad for his birthday.

Tuesday

My first Five Guys experience.  It was delicious.. I just wish she had heard the "bacon" part of my little bacon cheeseburger order.

Sam saved some of his art from the doodle finger app to the camera roll.

Wednesday
Sam took more pictures of his feet/the carpet in the playroom.
He was playing without a diaper and said, "Oh! I pee pee! And started running toward the bathroom."  He didn't make it but he helped clean it up.

Thursday

Well... this was kind of Wednesday night but technically Thursday.

He wouldn't leave the house without this ball. He even wanted to carry it into the library with him.
Also essential for leaving the house:  A fully dressed Giraffey.
Watching his favorite Wiggles. Have you heard the news?  The original Yellow Wiggle is coming back.  I have mixed feelings about this.

Friday

Taking his UK bear to the potty.

UK bear in time out.  He was giving him a little lecture in toddler gibberish then said, "Okay? Hug?"
 Silly boy after nap time.

Saturday

We did lots of coloring and sticker sticking and made birthday cards for Sam's cousins Nick and Dylan.
Object essential to leaving the house: Yellow Marker. No cap.
We went to my parents' to celebrate Nick and Dylan's birthdays.  Sam rode the super scary dangerous horse. I hate that thing.
 Cousin Will

Sunday

"What mom? Just playing an alphabet game."

Big Bird hitchin' a ride on the dump truck.
 Duck takin' a bath.

Alex was out of town for much of the week and Sam and I missed him.  Sam kept walking around and checking in rooms asking for "Dad-deee."  Plus he slept like junk because I think he knew that he would get me in the middle of the night instead of Alex.  (We've been working on night weaning and backslid big time this week.)  I hope you've had a good weekend and have a fantastic week!

There is a ton of cute in this post but I especially love the talk he gave to the bear in time out :)

Don't you just love how the take care of, and discipline, their dolls/animals? We REALLY have to watch what we say and do now that we have a little parrot :)

I am following you, really blogger-stocking you from the House of Huff, when you wrote the cutiest comment about how your little one, Sam, was like a parrot; repeating everything you say.

When our eldest who is 26 now, was about four; he was riding in the car with his Gran. Gran got cut off and from the backseat she heard a stream of obscenities; she asked our eldest where he had heard that and his reply was:"I thought that is what you said to drivers who were bad, my mommy does."

Needless to say I never cursed in front of my children again
