I keep meaning to write stuff and post pictures but then I get distracted by this kid needing to be held or fed or needing a diaper change or he totally needs me to stare at him and kiss him and tell him how cute he is.
He had his 2 week check-up yesterday and everything looked perfect. He weighs eight pounds. He still has his cord stump which is really gross... just thought you should know.
His favorite things right now are:
-Mommy's boobies
-The Moby wrap
-His bouncy seat
-Spitting up
-Pandora
-John Mayer - it's weird.
-Being propped up with the boppy for deep convos with mom and dad
-The vibrating feature on the pack 'n play bassinet... which EATS batteries.
-Ocean sounds
His not so favorite things:
-Diaper changes/sponge baths/being exposed
-Doctors visits... because they wake him up from his sweet car seat naps.
-Country music. Seriously.
This may have been that fastest and yet the slowest two weeks of my life. Know what I mean? No you don't... because I don't even know what I mean.

I hate battery powered things mostly b/c I had buying them. Rechargeable batteries are my bff.
John Mayer!? Good taste, Sam! Ocean sounds? A kid after my own heart!
He just loves music but John Mayer is the fail-safe. Good thing we have a wide selection on itunes.
