Prepared Childbirth Class

It was actually a pretty fun class. The instructor is laid back and funny and she had some good stories. I think the techniques will be helpful. A patient told me today that she still uses lamaze techniques to deal with everyday stress! haha!

Alex is going to be a great coach. He was so wonderful at coaching me through the fake contractions. I'm sure he'll be equally as great when the element of pain is introduced. I was surprised when the instructor asked how many dads planned on cutting the cord and he was the only one who raised his hand at first! The one conversation we had about it he didn't seem too interested... and I told him he didn't have to... but he wants to. :]

Aanyway, next class is in two weeks... we're watching videos. Eek.
